In accordance with the health and safety protocols Covid 19 of the Greek government, we have implemented safety measures for the health and safety of all our visitors and staff members, to eliminate the possibility of exposure to any potential threat.
The Alenor City Hotel has received all the necessary certifications, while its owners have attended the mandatory 10-hour distance training seminar on security measures against COVID 19, which they have successfully completed.
The seminars were organized by the South Aegean Region and the Cyclades Chamber

Increased frequency of disinfection of all public areas and staff areas with attention to high touch surfaces.
Steam cleaners for disinfecting fabric surfaces
The tables are disinfected after each use
It is recommended to use the WC in the room instead of the shared toilets, to all guests
Regular cleaning and disinfection of cleaning filters, according to government protocols

Personal data of visitors are requested (name, home address, contact phone, email) at check-in, for reasons of public health protection and possible need for tracking.
All key cards are disinfected before use
The POS terminal is disinfected after each use
Hand sanitizers are available
Worktops and shared equipment are regularly disinfected
A complete medical kit is available in the reception room
Rooms
Daily cleaning of the room is done only in the absence of the guest
The sheets are changed every 3 days, unless requested otherwise upon arrival.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols are used to clean high-touch surfaces (door and window handles, light switches, TVs, remote controls, etc.)
The cleaning staff is informed, all appropriate measures are taken during cleaning, and the products used are certified.
Alenor City Hotel has a plan of action in case of suspected COVID cases of 19 visitors or staff members, who comply with the protocols and the legislation of the hotels in Greece.
